We capture your processes and turn them into systems run by agents - so you get your time back, without the cost or the headache of managing a team.
You didn't start a business to spend your nights answering emails and formatting docs. Yet, here you are.
So the natural solution is to hire help, except then you're dealing with...
Quality issues and fixing mistakes.
Explaining things that would be quicker to do yourself.
And the mental load of tracking what you delegated... and whether it's getting done.

Even when you find someone good...
Every decision still runs through you. And because no one person does it all, you hire again — and the cycle starts over.
Especially
when you
know:
Leads go cold while you're creating and sending materials to clients
Content sits half-done while you're following up on late payments
The value you deliver clients is excellent… but everything around it feels duct-taped
Revenue has sat at the same number long enough it's beginning to feel like a ceiling
You’re not just tired, you’re the bottleneck
What you need at this stage is help that doesn't need managing and the ability to hand off tasks knowing they will be done to the same standards as if you were doing them yourself.
The Invisible Assistant installs AI agents that can completely take over marketing and operations tasks - each one built around the way you handle them, and carrying your messaging and thinking.
Imagine opening
your laptop
and finding:

This week's content already loaded into your scheduler, drafted in your voice, using your IP, and waiting for your approval
Partnership research, outreach, and follow-up already handled while you were with clients (emails drafted, not sent without approval)
New clients are onboarded with everything they need, with no delays or awkward gaps
Podcast pitches and follow ups sitting in your drafts folder without you having to research a single show
Customer service emails pre-drafted and ready to send in minutes, with your tone intact (example: someone needed the replay link for a webinar they missed)
All without payroll or management overhead. Your part is reviewing and approving, spending a few minutes a day on these tasks rather than hours.
This is what a business that doesn't run on your energy looks like.

A done-for-you agent install for established coaches, consultants, and expert service providers who no longer want to be the only person who can get things right.
Holly builds each agent around your business capturing your: processes, message, offers, standards, actual voice & writing style. Then tests it against real work before anything goes live.
And every agent includes an approval layer. AI will draft, but it can't decide - so nothing sends, publishes, or books without your sign-off. The judgment stays exactly where it belongs. With you.
Fair question, the word "agent" has been thrown a around a lot lately so it's worth defining what we mean in this case.
If you've ever used tools like Zapier or Make, or even business automation software like Highlevel or Keap, then you're familiar with automated processes. An agent is a few levels more sophisticated.
An agent doesn't need to follow a linear process, it can make decisions based on a variety of factors and draft it's own communication and content.
The agents we build live inside Claude, and like assistants each one has it's own specialty:
One agent might specialize in answering customer service emails (think: finding and sending replay links, routing speaking or partnership inquiries, helping a client solve login issues)
Another in searching for new partners and podcasts to guest on, then doing the outreach to make connections
A single agent can run a multi-platform content strategy (including keyword optimization) and track the results
A growth-ops agent can identify trends in your niche, find questions your ideal clients are asking in forums, and help you decide on next strategies
An agent can run your client onboarding, ensuring contracts are signed promptly and manage payments (and collections)
The possibilities are endless. Each of these agents can integrate with each other as well as other software you're using (such as the automation tools above) so you can get even more out of them.
During our fit-call we will discuss what your day-to-day looks like, which tasks regularly fall behind or strategies you want to implement but haven't had time to, and determine what type of agent(s) would be the best fit for your goals right now.
And if you're concerned about turning over parts of your business to AI –rest assured, it's not nearly as risky as you might think.
We take great care to ensure that nothing is ever published or sent without you reviewing it first (unless you specifically request for that safe-guard to be turned off). As you'll see below, we have a thoughtful process for creating these agents so that they perform their tasks the same way you would yourself. We also have methods for soloing information so that your agent doesn't have access to anything that makes you uncomfortable.
These are not generic automations that we copy-paste between clients.
Each agent is built from the ground up for your specific business.
You don't build any of this. Your part is a few conversations, one go-live call, and reviewing your agent's work while we tune it. Here's what happens between your Fit Call and the day your agent starts doing the work.
Step 1:
The Agent
Map
We start with how you do this work today - your process, your tools, the parts that already work. Your agent gets built around the business you have, not a workflow we invented.
Before anything gets built, you'll have:
A plan showing exactly what your agent will do, and how. You approve it first.
Clear lines around what it can access and what it can't. You draw them, and we set everything up inside them.
Your answer to the question we always ask: what would make you fully comfortable handing this over? Then we build to that answer.
Step 2: Agent's "Thinking Document"
Next, we write the documents your agent thinks with.
Most people hand AI a task and get generic work back, because the AI knows the task and nothing else but it's default programming.
So before your agent touches a single task, we capture:
Your messaging and offers, so everything it produces stays accurate and consistent.
Your opinions and your standards - the things you'd never want said wrong.
The way you actually think through this work, not just the steps in it.
Your voice, writing style, and the overall personality of your brand.
Optional: Individual persona's for each agent if they aren't writing "as you" (for example - an outreach or customer service agent could answer "on your behalf" rather than "as you").
Step 3:
We Build
Your Agent
Now we build - and set your agent up so the work comes to you finished, on schedule.
Heavier jobs run overnight, so drafts are waiting for you in the morning.
Time-sensitive work runs during your day, so nothing sits.
And if something's been waiting on your review, your agent pings you - it keeps track so you can stop keeping track.
Training guides for you and your team.
60 days of optimization as you begin using your systems.
Then everything your agent needs to do its job gets packaged into one self-contained plugin, ready to install.
Step 4:
We Install It Together
Go-live is a call we're both on. The plugin comes with step-by-step install instructions, I walk you through them live, and we test your agent on your actual work together - before you rely on it for anything.
Your agent can live in two places:
Your own Claude pro account. The plugin installs there, and your agent runs inside your Claude from day one.
Hosted with us. Your agent runs on our account as part of your care plan - and you get every extra skill I've built for my own business and my clients' along the way. Webinar writers, sales page writers, creative briefs, lead magnet builders, and more.
Either way, your agent is yours. Want it moved into your own account later? We move it. You're never locked in.
Step 5:
We Fine
Tune
For the first stretch, you use your agent and tell me what you're editing. Tone tweaks, process fixes, anything that isn't right yet - I make the changes in real time. Because the build isn't done until you feel comfortable with the tasks it's handling.
When it's running the way you want, you get the complete handoff - The Owner's Manual™:
Your agent can live in two places:
A map of your whole build, so you always know where everything lives
SOPs for your team, so anyone can use your agent without training
From there, your job is minutes a day: check what's ready, approve it, and spend the hours you got back on the work only you can do.

Building & integrating workflows across external software (such as your CRM or tools like Zapier)

Custom agent builds (i.e. agents that weren't mentioned on this page) start at $3,500, quoted after scoping.
Remember that $2,250-a-month marketing hire? A standard install costs less than two months of that salary - with no onboarding, and no one new to manage.
$297-497/month
The care plan covers updates and ongoing tuning if:
A software update breaks something and your agent needs to be updated.
General tech support and trouble shooting.
Your offers change and you need the back-end updated.
Your strategy has shifted and you want changes made.
You also have the option of hosting your agent on Holly's Trailblazers HQ Claude account - which means faster updates, and access to every skill Holly has built for herself and her clients - new capabilities added to your agents for as long as you're subscribed. (Don't worry - no one but you and I will have access to your build, skills are something completely separate)
And your agents are yours. If you ever unsubscribe, they're handed over to you completely to put on your own Claude Pro account.
This Is Perfect For You If...
You run an established, owner-led business - a proven offer, real client results, and a small team handling delivery
Growth-focused tasks (content, partnerships, visibility, follow-up) falls off every time delivery gets busy
You've hired for marketing before and ended up managing the person instead of the marketing
You want the work handled well without learning the tech yourself
Your reputation is built on high-touch client experience - and you want more capacity without diluting it
One Question Left: Is This the Right Fix for Your Business?
That's exactly what the Fit Call is for.
We'll look at what currently depends on you, which agents could take over the most of it, and which install fits your situation. And if this isn't the right fix, you'll leave knowing what to look at instead. Either way, you leave with a clear answer.
